ITEM AVAILABILITY

If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via Email. Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item that is not in stock until it is shipped.

We regret that we must limit orders to no more than four (4) units of any item with a maximum purchase of $500 per customer. If you have any questions please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Paypal is currently our only method of accepted payment.

ORDER INQUIRES

For order inquires please contact us. Please provide us with your contact information, and order date(s). Within one business day we will contact you with detailed information about your current and past orders.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

  • Item(s) not available
  • Difficulty in processing payment information
  • Cannot ship to address provided
  • Duplicate order was placed
  • Cancelled due to a customer request

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an Email notice to explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you are interested in placing a new order or if you have questions about a cancelled order, please contact us info@Avielle.com.

SHIPPING

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order(s) to be processed.

All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping charges are a Flat Rate Charge of $5.00 per order. All orders are shipped Priority Mail through the USPS.

  • PR – Puerto Rico

SHIPMENTS TO INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES

We are currently unable to accept orders billed to or shipped to destinations outside of the United States.

RETURNS

We are committed to offering our Customers the finest cosmetic products available. If you feel the products you received from our Online Store do not meet this expectation, simply return the unused portion and we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of the purchase. Please Note: Empty containers cannot be accepted for refund.

If you wish to return an item(s) from your online order, please return the items with a copy of the of the invoice that was enclosed in your original order and place it inside the return package along with the item(s) you wish to return. Please pack the contents carefully to avoid damage and retain a copy of the invoice for your records.

To protect you from package loss and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend shipping your return package via UPS or insured Parcel Post. Please retain receipts and tracking information for your records.

Regrettably, return shipping and handling charges are not refundable. In the case of damaged items, please refer to the Damaged Items section below.

Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival.

Please note: Only products purchased from Avielle.com may be returned for refund. Products purchased at Avielle.com are not accepted for return at Avielle reseller stores or locations. If you have questions about returns, please contact us by email at info@Avielle.com.

DAMAGED ITEMS

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
